Sporades
Extravagant beaches, clear turquoise waters and exquisite marine animals...
The Sporades refer to Alonissos, Skiathos, Skopelos and Skiros. They lie off the eastern shores of mainland Greece and retain their genuine island characteristics and unchanged local traditions. Known for their beaches, wooded terrain, and coastal diving and snorkelling, legend has it that the gods created the Sporades Islands by tossing coloured pebbles into the Aegean Sea.
