Peter Insull's Yacht Marketing is a privately owned company headquartered in France.
The Principal is an Englishman, Peter Insull who, along with his wife Sheena, formed the company in the second half of the 1970s. Today PIYM is possibly the oldest company in the superyacht sector under the original ownership and management within Europe.
The company's strength comes through a depth of knowledge and understanding of all the aspects of the yachting world. Over the years, many staff members have joined the company, having themselves worked aboard private and charter yachts. This follows along from Peter Insull's own working history aboard yachts in the early 1970s.

Peter Insull's has represented buyers and sellers of superyachts since the early 1980s. We retain a strong resolve to only be associated with yachts of the highest calibre. To ensure this legacy continues, buyers are steered towards pedigree yachts. This philosophy also carries through to charter yachts, where Peter Insull's Charter Department will only propose yachts of calibre which we feel comfortable working with.

While the sale and purchase of yachts remains one of the core services Peter Insull's has been involved with, many new yacht construction projects, shipyards in Holland, Germany and Italy are all well-known to PIYM and their clients.

Peter Insull's Yacht Charter takes particular pride in its highly personalized service, matching yachts and crew to the specific and widely differing requirements of discerning, individual clients. Our senior charter broker, with thirty years in the yachting industry, presents one of the industry's most enviable records for knowledge and reliability. It is hardly surprising therefore that most of the charter contracts we have are generated from repeat and referral business.
YACHTS FOR CHARTEROUR CLIENTS
It is an overriding policy to protect the company's clients' interests. These "clients" can be yacht owners, yacht charterers and extends through to yacht crew who can be acknowledged as PIYM "clients".
Today PIYM is acting as the owner's commercial representative for a very large yacht being constructed in the Netherlands for one of the company's long-standing clients.
Like shipyards, PIYM clients are also a global "Who's Who" of the yacht ownership and chartering fraternity. Strong ties throughout the Middle East have always been maintained. Both Hong Kong and Japan are familiar ground to PIYM personnel. The strong numbers of yacht affectionados from the U.K., U.S.A. and Greece are all nationalities that PIYM continue to serve.
The service was excellent and discreet, it was our best charter ever and we hope to charter the yacht again someday soon

OUR LOCATION
All of PIYM operations work out of the offices in Antibes, which arguably remains the centre of the global superyacht industry.
While its early roots in the yacht crew placement sector allowed the name Insull to have a base, the company evolved into one of the more recognisable names in the superyacht world.
