Porto Montenegro is located in the beautiful well-preserved UNESCO Bay of Kotor. The marina features luxurious waterside residences, fine restaurants and festive bars as well as a wide array of sport, leisure and cultural activities. It provides berthing for boats from 12 up to 180 meters. On site customs, provisioning, repair and maintenance, fuel and concierge services are available.

The marina lies in the Adriatic near some of the most enchanting cruising areas of the Mediterranean. It is easily accessible via three international airports: Tivat at a 10 minutes’ drive, Dubrovnik at a 90 minutes’ drive and Podgorica at a 120 minutes’ drive. All offer good connections as well as landing facilities for private aircraft.

The recent intensification of the berthing shortage in the Western Mediterranean has been combined with high costs and limited expansion options. Montenegro’s outside EU position and its yacht-friendly legislation along with its great location and 5 star facilities make it an attractive and financially viable destination as a homeport.

There are several berths currently available for sale in Porto Montenegro. The lease runs for 15 years.
